Terms of Service: Happyfolks HR & People Platform

Welcome!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Happyfolks HR Platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Creation and Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements to use the Platform.
  • You are responsible for creating a secure password and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

  • You are responsible for any content you submit to the Platform ("User Content").
  • You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but you grant Happyfolks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.
  • You warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers.
  • You may not access the Platform in a way that bypasses security measures.
  • You may not use the Platform to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
  • You may not transmit any viruses or other harmful code through the Platform.

Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Happyfolks disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Happyfolks does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any damage or loss caused by your use of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Happyfolks be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
  • Happyfolks's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for using the Platform (if any).

Termination

  • Happyfolks may terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
  • You may terminate your account at any time.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
